Headteacher's Welcome
Welcome to our website for Otley and Witnesham Federated Primary Schools! Otley and Witnesham are both wonderful village schools, providing a high quality education for all our pupils. We are smaller than average village schools, lucky enough to be set in very spacious grounds with incredible outdoor areas! We see the size of our schools as a real advantage to providing extraordinary opportunities and to maximise learning for all of our pupils.
As you browse our website, we hope to give you an insight into the life of our school, our values and our ethos. Both of our schools offer you all that you would expect from small, welcoming settings. We are proud of the ‘family feel’ that we have created and believe that it is the perfect environment in which children can flourish. Our vision of 'passion + pride = progress' encompasses what we aim to achieve for our pupils whereby we support pupils to learn together with passion and pride in order to achieve their full potential.
Our links with parents and families are very strong and we pride ourselves on how well the children, staff and grown-ups at home know each other. Our children feel secure and gain the knowledge, skills and personal development that they need to enjoy their lives outside and beyond our school.
